Here we have some important questions made for those who look forward to selling a property. Let us give you all the answers you need.

According to the National Associations of Realtors, about 38% of real estate agents are currently using videos in their marketing activities, while 30% percent reported that they didn’t use video marketing. oes video help sell real estate?

The quick answer is yes. Using a video works not only on the buyer side, but also on the seller side.

85% of buyers and sellers want to work with a broker who uses a video. This means that using a video to sell a property is already halfway to a successful deal.

Properties offered with a video receive four times more inquiries than properties offered without a video

Using video in emails doubles click-through rates and reduces unsubscribes by 75 percent

Below, we address the following question:

What are the four reasons to use video?

There are four important reasons to use video in your real estate marketing

  • First, it is critical for most businesses – and especially for professional service providers such as lawyers, dentists or real estate agents – that the client or potential client feels comfortable with and trusts the person with whom they are doing business. Video marketing puts a face and personality to a company’s name and helps build that all-important trust and rapport. People like to do business with people. A video is the closest thing to a face-to-face conversation.
  • Another reason is that videos give viewers more information faster than reading a property description or scrolling through a photo slideshow. Buyers can access all this information with a press of the play button. Viewers can get an idea of the rooms and layout of the property, and get a sense of the neighborhood.
  • Because videos save you time and money. In a 3-minute video, you can give viewers your business or service background, introduce your products, showcase your team, or answer questions, just to name a few possibilities. And that one video – or better yet, a series of videos – can be watched and shared repeatedly 24 hours a day, seven days a week, on almost any platform or marketing channel. And with videos, you can add a Call To Action (CTA) asking the viewer to take a desired action. This could be downloading a piece of content (in exchange for their contact info), signing up for a 101 home buyer’s class, or to schedule a meeting. These CTAs allow current and future clients to connect with your business and move further down the sales funnel.
  • And finally, real estate agents should use video because they will help your website’s rankings on Google and other search engines. This is done in a number of ways including optimizing how the videos are uploaded to YouTube or embedded on your website. It also includes how the videos are constructed from script and storyboard to editing and rendering. With time, you will increase your page ranking in particular searches and you will see more traffic coming to your website.
